RETURN POLICY

At Alumnus, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer the following return policy:

**Return Window**  

You have 3 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Exclusive brand collaborations listed as ALUMNUS x ( ) are non-returnable.

**Eligibility for Returns**  

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 

- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Email us to initiate your return at support@alumnus.com. Please note shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refund Process**  

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

**Exchanges**  

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
